In this adobe workshop we will be building an adobe oven at the home of a Arizona based environmental artist and sustainable architects' private residence in south Scottsdale. This two day workshop will be held over two weekends to allow for the foundation of the oven to to be built and to dry before adding the oven dome.
Sunday May 4th 6-10am we will build the foundation of the oven and interior
Sunday May 10th 6-10am we will build the adobe dome for the oven
*Please come prepared with sunscreen, hat and plenty of water. (Gloves are optional.) We will also be sharing a meal pot luck style, please bring a homemade dish to share for lunch.
